All quotations are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise stated in advance. If you select a credit card as payment, a 3% processing fee will be added to your invoice. Please note, Mays Chemical does not send hard copies of invoices.
Standard Terms
Upon approval of credit, Mays terms are net 30 days. Under certain conditions, special negotiated term can be considered.
Shipments, Freight, Duties and Taxes
Seller shall suitably contain, pack, mark, label, and ship in accordance with instructions from Buyer.
